Who this is about

This website belongs to Brandon Auto Sport Club. You can reach us by phone at (626) 804-0820 or by email at appointmentswethebest@gmail.com. Those are the contact details we use for privacy questions.

What you give us through our forms

Contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you add one, and your message.
Booking form: your name, phone number, email address, the service you pick, the date and time you choose, and any notes or vehicle details you add.
VIP member agreement: your member details, vehicle details, the terms you accept and your signature, together with a copy of the completed agreement.
Quote request pages: your name, phone number, city, the service the page is about, and any project or vehicle details you choose to add.

Only the fields marked as required are needed. Anything else is up to you.

Why we use it

To reply to your message or call you back about your request.
To prepare a price quote and arrange an appointment.
To keep a record of a VIP membership agreement you signed and send you your copy.
To understand which ad, link or page a quote request came from, when you have allowed optional campaign measurement.

A quote request is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We contact you to confirm the details before any work is scheduled.

Who can see it

Your details are stored in our hosted database and sent to us as an email notification through a transactional email service. Those two providers process the information on our behalf so the website can save your request and deliver our notifications.

Authorized staff and service providers who help us respond to requests and manage our advertising can see submitted requests.

Storage on your device

Necessary — shopping cart. If you add a product to your cart, your browser keeps that cart in local storage so the items are still there as you move between pages. This stays on until you clear it.
Necessary — your privacy choice. We save the choice you make in the privacy banner in local storage so we do not ask again on every page.
Optional — campaign measurement. Only after you accept, we keep the campaign tags in the web address and click identifiers such as gclid or fbclid in session storage. Session storage is erased when you close the browser tab.

The current website implementation does not include Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta tracking tags. If that ever changes, this page will say so before the change goes live.

Our website hosting and email provider may also record standard technical information such as server logs when a page is requested or an email is sent.

Your choices

You can accept or reject optional campaign measurement at any time, and change your mind later, using the link in the footer of every page. If you withdraw your acceptance, we delete the stored campaign information from your browser right away and the source of any later request is recorded as unknown.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat that as a refusal of optional campaign measurement, we do not store the campaign information, and the option cannot be switched on in the preferences panel while the signal is set.

Every form on this site works normally whether you accept or reject optional measurement. To ask about the information we hold about you, email us at appointmentswethebest@gmail.com.

Changes to this policy

This page is still a draft under review. When it is approved we will publish it with an effective date, and any later change will be posted on this page with a new date. Where a change is significant, we will say what changed at the top of the page.
